In my previous position, I worked at Parkland Health & Hospital System (Dallas County Hospital) and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas providing psychiatric care to pregnant and postpartum women as well as women considering pregnancy. I have a special interest in this area.
In addition to psychiatric treatment during pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, after pregnancy loss, with adoption or with termination, I treat women undergoing fertility treatment, difficulties with premenstrual mood disorders, and psychiatric and psychological difficulties accompanying perimenopause and menopause.
